A service visit starts with intake and a mechanical inspection. We review the bicycle’s condition, note urgent issues, and explain what needs attention before any repair is approved.
Our work includes safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Additional work is only started after the scope is confirmed.

For tune-ups, labour is quoted as a fixed package after inspection, while replacement parts are priced separately. Final timing depends on the bicycle’s condition and the parts that are available.
After repairs, we complete a quality check and provide a service summary so you know what was adjusted, replaced, or left for later attention.
